Youth Empowerment

Sports Development

Coaching youth in football and table tennis to build health, discipline, teamwork, and global opportunities.

Table Tennis & Soccer Coaching

We are actively looking for table tennis players, soccer coaches, and sports volunteers to elevate local Kenyan teams, organize community leagues, and build paths for talented youth to compete internationally.

⚽ Soccer & FC Zenshin

General Manager Sato runs a local youth football club, **FC Zenshin**, providing structured coaching, league match opportunities, and team uniforms to keep kids active and off the streets.

🏓 Table Tennis Gym

Started construction in November 2021 through Japanese crowdfunding, and completed in January 2022. Today, our indoor facility houses 2 professional tables.

Current Status & Vision

We employ a local professional coach to teach table tennis to over 30 children every afternoon after school. In November 2022, we successfully organized one of the largest national table tennis tournaments in Nairobi, hosting over 150 competitive players.

Our next milestone is to elevate our students to compete in national junior tournaments. We also plan to set up table tennis facilities inside the local orphanages to offer recreational outlets and teach life lessons through sports.

Message from Yoji Sato (GM)

Hiroshi Sato (General Manager & Coach)

Dedicated table tennis athlete throughout high school and university. First visited Kenya at age 20.

"When I first came to East Africa in my college years, it completely shattered my preconceptions. Despite the material challenges, the children possessed the most radiant, pure smiles I had ever seen. It made me question what true happiness really means.

I want Japanese students to experience this perspective shift. In Embu, there are no pre-drawn blueprints; everything you execute will directly help a child. The feeling of hearing a sincere 'Thank you' from a kid on the pitch is indescribable. Come join us, and let's change lives together!"
